Being an excellent birth partner is achievable, but isn’t necessarily natural. Coaching sessions are designed to help you break down old ways of thinking, develop a custom-built plan that works for you and your partner, and find encouragement and accountability along the way as you execute.

We always start the coaching process with a free 15-minute phone call consultation to talk about your goals, your relationship, and your needs. From there, we’ll determine which coaching pathway is right for you. To schedule a free consultation, scroll down to the next section!

Once you complete your free consultation, we’ll send you more information about how to book individual sessions. Individual sessions are $97 for a one-hour session

You’ll receive 3 total coaching sessions, one for each trimester of pregnancy.
Each session will build on the previous session, and we’ll focus mainly on your key areas discussed in the consultation call.
Total Cost: $247 for three 60-minute sessions
